  1. OMG!! I loved this movie! And this was a scene! It was during my teenage years too...we must be the same age ;)

For me one would be the scene in Sixteen Candles (love those Molly movies!) when Jake is waiting for her outside the church looking all sexy leaning against his red porche and she has this look like she cannot believe he is there for her!

They don't make movies like that anymore! (wow...now I feel old!)

    Great post Kolleen....so fun!! :)

  3. Love this! Two come to my mind.

The first is from Fly Away Home when Anna Paquin's character finally lands her plane after a solo flight from Canada to North Carolina

The second is from With Honors when the college students get Joe Pesci's ailing character in to the back of an old VW bus and drive him to see his estranged son.

  4. I have had the scene on my mind this week from "My best friend's wedding" where they break out in song and sing "wishing and hoping and thinking and praying"- so much meaning in that song for me right now!

  6. Um, yeah! Love that scene. Love that movie. Brings me right back to junior high when I was obsessed with Molly Ringwald. My favorite scene is from 16 candles at the end when the limo pulls away to reveal Jake leaning against his hot red car and that amazing music starts up. Ahhhh.

  7. oooh, that is a great one! I love Officer and a Gentleman when Richard Gere comes and saves Debra
Winger and whisks her away! It was a great scene!
I also love it when he takes Pretty Woman, Julia
Roberts from her life, too! Quite the hero that
    Richard Gere ;-D

  10. I love Pretty in Pink, I have it on VHS somewhere in the house. It's hard to pick a favorite movie scene, I've got quite a few. There are a few really great scenes from Moonstruck. If you haven't seen, it's a must. Here's a good one...
