Gratefulness/Craziness/and then some...

I L.O.V.E. THIS MAN...I REALLY, REALLY DO!!!!! I'M SO GRATEFUL GOD BROUGHT HIM TO ME.

and unfortunately... lately i have been a real "b" to him....why is it our spouses or those closest to us get the brunt of our bitchy attitudes, our PMS, our moodiness, our shortcomings, our frustrations, etc... ??? i was pulling one of those "i am outside of myself" watching myself be a complete and total idiot last night and i ended up staying up into wee hours of the night trying to psycho-analyze why i act the way i do sometimes. it's like i am completely aware of the fact that I am being a complete and total ass...yet i don't know how to stop it! sounds kinda crazy!! i am one of those girls who seems to get PMS pretty bad and it mostly has to do with my mental state (so to speak)! i have tried many things to help curb this but can't seem to find anything that really works. i was hoping some of my blog friends out there may have some suggestions??????? P.L.E.A.S.E!! i really don't want to subject my prince of a husband to my pms antics any longer...he is so UNdeserving of that!! especially considering the fact that come 5:00 a.m. tomorrow morning we are going to be apart for 3 weeks!! i would be ever so grateful (and so would he) for any suggestions to help eliminate some of the craziness and then some!

  3. Poor girl! I feel ya. I think it helps to be prepared for when that time comes around...try to avoid what sets you off and set aside time where you can decompress-- run off and have a long bath, go for a walk and by all means--- get that bag of chocolate!

  5. You poor dear! You sound exactly like me...
Although I now have the advantage or maybe disadvantage of menopause. PMS has been replaced by extreme hot flashes-the bitchiness has gotten much better. You have my sympathies!
I was able to reduce my monthly craziness with Evening Primrose Oil, exercise and yoga. My husband has also been a prince when it comes to dealing with my hormonal insanity! God Bless the men how put up with us : )
