...a thought

i am thinking that this could be the answer to nearly 
any (if not all) problems...

when you are struggling or troubled or scared 
or irritated or frustrated or confused .... 
simply try to

whether it be the person you are struggling with...
LOVE MORE, 
whether it is circumstances beyond your control...
LOVE MORE, 
whether it is yourself you are frustrated with ... 
LOVE MORE.

that is what i am trying to do ... 
it has become a mantra for me ...
try it ... we always have more!
