...i've learned that



i've learned that when there are 
lessons to be learned in OUR life ... 
that those "lessons" will keep reappearing 
until we SURRENDER and ACCEPT and LEARN them 
(painful and as difficult as it may be...)
and to do our best to TRUST
in the JOURNEY

    Try and partner up with lenders and other investment types as you develop your real estate portfolio. Once you get to know them and they understand that you are a reliable partner, you may end up getting all the financing you need for future endevours. Consider working out a percentage of profits with them in advance and then go shopping for real estate.
