MONDAY MUSIC INSPIRATION

i am going back in the vault a bit for today's music inspiration.

this is one of my absolute favorite songs of all time. the lyrics are just so beautiful and raw and real. They have taken a registered sex offender into custody that may be linked to her disappearance but still have not found her. All of your prayers and positive thoughts are desperately needed. thank you all so VERY much for the support and prayers that you have already shown in my previous post! she is our cousin's niece and just a bright, beautiful, precious soul.

MISSING SINCE THURSDAY

do you ever feel as if you cannot find the words for prayers that are so badly needed?

i am struggling with that today.

i am struggling to find the words to help bring this lovely soul safely back into the arms of her parents.

i am asking all of you, whatever your beliefs may be, to PLEASE pray for Chelsea and her family. Chelsea is our cousins niece and has been missing since Thursday.

Ten years ago today I had one of THEE most amazing experiences of my life. A moment, if possible, I would happily relive over and over and over again.

A very tender soul wiggled her way into this crazy world of ours, and in an instant, made it a better and brighter place.

I remember the first time you and I locked eyes.

I said to myself..."this is an old soul" even though you were opening your eyes for the very first time. I knew there was wisdom inside of you that was well beyond your age in numbers. You have proven me right time and time again in these last 10 years with the compassion and concern you have for others...for your family, for your friends and for complete strangers. I strive to be more like you in those ways. You teach me so much as we are on this mother/daughter journey together. Thank you.

so in sticking with last week's question...i must be fair and ask the obvious...

who is your all time favorite hollywood hunk...and why??

i have to admit it was pretty tough for me to choose just one....i mean, we have the dapper and suave cary, the ever so sexy clint, the rugged laid back jeff, the uber talented jack, and the young hot bradley cooper (had to throw him in...)

so...after giving it some thought, i just HAD to pick the rugged, laid back DUDE himself...Jeff Bridges. He has endless talent, gorgeous blue eyes (and i am clearly a SUCKER for that), and a very sexy voice. Plus he has been married for 32 years and is a papa to three girls! I highly recommend seeing his amazing effortless performance as Bad Blake in this movie. (there's some pretty good music in in too)!

other than that I have been working on a new series of paintings....here is one from my "HeartWingSisters Angels"...i think she would look so cute hung in a little girls room or propped on her book shelf amongst her dollies and teddy bears! she will be going up in my etsy shop once i am up and running... hopefully within the next month!!

she epitomizes the essence of a woman to me.

she is classy, elegant, witty, beautiful, intelligent...and timeless! love her!! plus, she is a pretty darn good actress!! (and has a sexy hubby!!)

i also wanted to thank everyone for their answers and support of my vlog i did last wednesday! i loved hearing about retreats others have went on, etc.... i had fun posting a video and will probably be doing some more!!
